You may also request your application by e-mailing your name, address and account number to: mecuweb@bellsouth.net.  If you are not satisfied wtih this service you can cancel by sending your written request to the Accounting Department at 3150 Airport Blvd. Mobile, Al 36606 prior to March 1, 2009. After this free trial period the monthly fee for BIll Pay will be $5.95.
